Outside the sunny south-facing garden has both dining, a BBQ and soft seating to enjoy, games to try and even a bathhouse with an outside tin bath, quirky brass lighting and overhead heater so you can use year around. Don’t forget your flip-flops!

THE BEDROOMS
The bedrooms draw you in for a relaxing stay in quality and style, with good comfy mattresses and lots of space for all
​There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 11 people, 4 bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor and one bedroom and shower room are downstairs on ground floor level. The garden is fully enclosed and the house is situated on a private road with on-street parking for several cars.
First Floor Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with claw footed bath, walk in shower, basin and toilet
2 Twin Bedrooms, one of them has a third single bed in sleeping 3 people and another bedroom with a king size bed, family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and toilet.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room

THE GOOD LIFE
A charming seaside town, - pretty painted houses on the seafront and a great high street full of independent shops, boutiques, ice cream parlors, and of course fish and chips. There is lots to do from great beachfront and marshland walks, golf course, 4 tennis courts, children's boating pond, lifeboat station that you can visit, fresh fish from the beach huts. We find we don't need the car!
